Chicken

Chili Chicken--hakka-style
A spicy, full-flavored take on one of my all-time favorite take-out meals.  It can be made hotter, or more mild to suit your tastes, and is best served with plain or fried cauliflower rice.

Chicken Chili Verde
A fast and slightly spicy, comforting green chili using either green chilis or green tomatillo salsa--a nice change from traditional chili.

Chicken Curry
Bone-in, no-bone--doesn't matter.  This one is flexible, easy, and mild enough to get even my "I don't like curry" family to like this one.

Wok With Me
Incredibly fast, and impressively simple and tasty.
You HAVE to give kelp noodles a try with this one.

Highway Cobbery
Classic Cobb salad, paleo-ified.  The perfect no-cook
summer's eve dinner--salad dressing recipe included!

Spanish Chicken and Shrimp
A standby week-night dinner at our house paleo-ified.
Who says it has to be complicated?  This dish is spicy!

Smokey Paprika Paella
I'll have what he's having....Only I'd like mine to be paleo-friendly.
Done.  Don't let the long list of ingredients scare you.  It's easy.

Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore
Set it and forget it.  lunk everything in the crockpot and go on
with your day.  Come home to delicious comforting food that
will please the whole family.

Crispy Baked Chicken
Don't let the picture slow you down.  This recipe totally
reminds me of shake-n-bake and we cook this almost
every week because we all love it.  Simple is best.

Chicken Divan
And old classic, made cleaner.  All the great taste, none of the evil ingredients of the original recipe.

 BBQ Chicken Enchiladas
Again, thanks to a great tortilla bread recipe from my friend over at  lvlhealth.com, I came up with another tasty way to fill these beauties, and I threw a quick bbq sauce recipe in there, too.
